Well I am that fool. I did the same and I got the same – 1lb off. I am now Fat.0. Ohh, it’s just so painful at times. I really could have done with a boost after the last couple of weeks (or should that be a Boost? Not really, not keen on them!). And that was with meeting a friend last night for coffee, who decided she needed to eat, and then watching her eat a pizza whilst starving myself before dashing home for a WW friendly supper at 9.30pm. Surely there should have been some sort of reward on the scales for such suffering?!
Never has being Porky been so eagerly anticipated! And only then really as once I get below the Porky stone bracket to the Chubby stone bracket, I know that’s when I start feeling a bit better about myself. Of course, at a lb a week, that’s a looooong way away! (The best part of 6 months). Now I’m really depressed....
Reluctant as I am to even think about it, I think that if I’m not beyond Chubby and into Plump by the end of August (my birthday), I’m going to have to seriously think about doing LighterLife again – gaaaaahhhhh.
Of course, I quite often only lost a couple of pounds a week eating mere dust (and chemicals) on LL- even more heartbreaking when each moment of doing it was an exercise in agony and endurance. And it was fascinating to see on Biggest Loser that this week many of them lost a lb or two – or nothing. It just shows that even with them slogging away AND being really very overweight, they can still have a disappointing WI. Scales are evil. Which won’t stop me consulting them at least once during the weekend of course.

A lb's fine - it took me a couple of weeks after getting properly back into it after Xmas, for me to see a big loss ... but it all added up to half a stone in a month, and now my body's having a week off. I find it tends to come in dribs and drabs ... stick to your points and it'll come off, promise. And so what if it's 6 months? You'll still get there, and you'll feel great for having earned it when you do. Chin up, love, it *will* happen xx
That's 2 weeks in a row! It is GOOD news!!
Keep it up my sweet and don't add extra pressure on yourself thinking about LL and the wedding. Just keep plugging away. You are gorgeous and will be a gorgeous bride. Every lb you lose takes you closer to your goal but don't stop enjoying life and appreciating yourself in the meantime hon.

I'll trade you your 1lbs loss for my 2lb gain :D Chin up hun what you haven't lost in weight, you've probably lost in inches. x x
I commend your ability to face SOD on a regular basis. And if you forced that ridonkulous piece of metal to take a pound off your number, then you are a warrior princess. Keep whacking away at SOD. You will prevail.
Ms. Dot - may I remind you that 1lb per week is 4 stones in a year - and not to be sniffed at! The weight surely did not go on overnight and it is actively not good for you to have it come off overnight either. Seriously, Lighter Life is no way to live (imagine if you dropped down dead and your last meal was a Lighter Life shake - now THAT would be a tragedy) - life is too short to eat that sh1t, pardon mon French. You're in control, the weight is coming off, there is no need to panic and do anything epically daft (ie LIGHTER LIFE)
Well, I can't really do the whole "A pound is a pound and still good" spiel after my whinge last Monday! The truth is, a pound off is a big achievement - to get that, we've had to creat a fairly serious calorie deficit, but it just feels so insignificant. Chin up, keep going - and Starfish is right, if it takes six months then, I guess, it takes six months...le sigh :)
