AAAAAAaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrggggggggggghhhhhhh

I'm having such a stressful and frustrating day - people being thoroughly blase and uninterested in totally missing their own deadlines which mean I'll miss mine. So I ate 6 biscuits from the smack table - 3 choc choc chip cookies and 3 choc covered biscuits. 6!! What's the point in resisting bloody chewing gum if I mess up like this? So now I'm really fed up - in both senses. Arrgghh

Dear Peridot

First, you are NOT alone. That is not to condone the smack attack but I know where you are coming from. It's our old friend, self-sabotage (self-punishment), I think tied up with crooked thinking.

I had a similar incident myself today.

Second, I'll be totally honest; I am not sure the six biscuits in themselves will do any lasting damage but it's what happens AFTER the six ie is that the tipping point for further off piste activity.

I still haven't commented further about your post last week even though it's been on my mind. A lot. I think I might email you separately because it made me feel very sad for you.

So, after yesterday, hope you can get back on track. Sending you love and a big hug. Hang on in there.

Hi there. I really enjoyed your last post - you sounded positive and chirpy and much happier about the b/f too. You must be so happy to have done so well and to be finally reaping the rewards of smaller sizes. Do you feel better in yourself? I mean, have you noticed any other benefits, like going up stairs or ptting on shoes etc etc? I found those little things urged me on.

Anyway, I hope you can find a nice spot in London to find some nature. i find it really uplifitng. How about Hampstead Heath or one of the big parks. I used to love Morden Hall Park (being a south London girl when I lived there).

Keep it up chuck.

I've just realised that I totally missed the snacking issue in your last post - Doh! Well, try not to do it again eh? It's not the worst thing in the world but it'll be easier for you if you stay away from the table, that's all I can say.

I've just looked up Sussex Spaniels. Mmmmm, like a heavier set version of a cocker, kind of half between a cocker and a springer?? I've not seen them before but they look as lovable as a cocker and maybe not as bouncy as springers!! Would you be able to walk it enough?
