Al...Poor thing - I hope you're feeling better. Although, I must admit, my second thought (first being sympathetic) on reading about the stomach bug was "Ooooh, weight losstastic!" Which is awful.<br /><br />I definitely sympathise with trying to accommodate a dieter and a non dieter with the same meals - D is usually pretty tolerant but you're right, it's such an important part of the week, sharing a nice meal together. For us, as well, it's the whole ritual of planning and cooking it. <br /><br />Maybe, as Steph says, there is something that could help with the hormones. I hope so. Do go to your GP as there are some tests they can do I think. Eating with non-dieting partner can be tough, though I choose diet friendly recipes so we can have the same.
